✨ EXPERT CARE, NO GUARANTEES We use professional-grade solutions to treat every spot. However, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of set-in stains, odours, or discoloration. We promise to use our best efforts safely. Please note that we are not liable for the underlying quality of the fabric or the dyeing process used by the manufacturer.
🏷️ MANUFACTURER LIABILITY We strictly follow the care instructions on your item’s label. We are not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, "fugitive" dyes (color bleeding), shrinkage, deformation, or inaccurate care tags. We are not responsible for damages caused by mislabeled directions from manufacturers.
✅ 15-DAY FIT GUARANTEE We want you to love your look. While customers are responsible for verifying quality and fitment upon pick-up, if your alteration doesn’t feel right, please bring it back within 15 days for a free adjustment. (Note: This updates the previous 7-day policy listed on older tickets).
📦 PICK-UP & STORAGE Please inspect your items and verify quality when you pick them up; Labada assumes satisfaction once items leave the store.

Storage Fees: Items left more than 7 days past the scheduled pick-up date may incur storage fees.

Unclaimed Items: We are not responsible for any unclaimed items 7 days past the pick-up date.
⚖️ FAIR VALUE POLICY In the rare event of lost or damaged items, our liability is limited to the current market value of the item minus depreciation (wear and tear), in accordance with industry standards.
🆕 FIRST-TIME CLEAN? Is this the first time you are cleaning this item? Please let us know so we can check for colorfastness!
📝 DROP-OFF RESPONSIBILITY The customer is responsible for confirming the condition of items upon drop-off. Please point out any existing damage or specific concerns to our team member when you arrive.
